Every parsed line lands in a project ledger. Not "you spent $57.60 at the market" — but which project each tomato, candle, and cable actually served. And big projects break into phases, each with its own sub-budget.

Nobody ordered an even fifth of dinner.
Flip a project to Shared and every line item knows its people. The fiorentina belongs to whoever ordered it; the focaccia splits five ways; tax and tip spread themselves proportionally. Default is everyone — override any line.

That dinner is one receipt in a bigger pool. Every project has a switch: Personal stays yours. Shared nets out who paid against who owes, and suggests the fewest payments that settle everyone. Team makes it the company's — and settle-up becomes reimbursement.
