These terms govern your use of Kamman (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
The Service
Kamman lets you capture receipts, have them itemized and categorized with AI, and track spending across projects and budgets. The Service is currently offered as an early/beta product and may change or have occasional issues.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.
Your content
You keep ownership of the receipts and data you add. You grant us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you (including sending receipt images to our AI provider for parsing). You’re responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to break or overload it, or access others’ data.
- Don’t upload unlawful content or use the Service to violate any law.
AI accuracy
Receipt parsing and categorization are automated and may contain errors. Always review extracted amounts before relying on them. Kamman is not accounting, tax, or financial advice.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kamman is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
